This company done a great job. We had wallpaper taken off our kitchen and dining room. Then painted and living room repair/painted. We have a a very high ceiling in our living room with a beam. They moved the heavy items away from the walls. Covered everything including the floor. Very friendly group of guys. I would use them again.

I highly recommend Socaz Painting and was very happy with the work done--whole house painted. They were easy to work with from the start to end of the project—clean and efficient. I knew what I wanted for most of the project, but for when I didn’t, Socaz recommended a color for my porches that perfectly complemented (I never would have picked it) and recommended a door color that provided just the right pop! I love it—just what I wanted, but didn’t know it. Torrance Socaz, owner, and his entire staff were open and honest with the ins and outs of the painting process—helping me understand—important to me. They certainly have an efficient system. I never realized how much work is involved in painting the whole house. I especially like the warranty provisions and the offer to come out periodically to make sure everything continues to be right, when needed. I know Socaz Painting makes sure you are satisfied.
