I highly recommend Socaz Painting and was very happy with the work done--whole house painted. They were easy to work with from the start to end of the project—clean and efficient. I knew what I wanted for most of the project, but for when I didn’t, Socaz recommended a color for my porches that perfectly complemented (I never would have picked it) and recommended a door color that provided just the right pop! I love it—just what I wanted, but didn’t know it. Torrance Socaz, owner, and his entire staff were open and honest with the ins and outs of the painting process—helping me understand—important to me. They certainly have an efficient system. I never realized how much work is involved in painting the whole house. Socaz recently completed a large exterior painting project for our church (including our steeple). The project included a significant number of windows on multiple levels, a few different types of surfaces and some specialty carpentry work to create a louvered cover for an attic window. As with any major project, we did run into a few bumps in the road but I commend Torrance for working with us to resolve each one to our satisfaction. The exterior of our buildings, the windows, and our steeple look beautiful. Well worth the time and energy spent obtaining quotes from different vendors and we are very happy with the end result.
We would use them again for future projects.
