The Socaz paint project was executed with a level of outstanding service from start to finish. Timelines were met once project got started and the attention to detail was exceptional. Socaz Painting completed a fabulous job in several rooms in our home. The team arrived on time, was extremely professional & diligent over the 2 days and they completed the work in the originally provided timing. Socaz Painting and owner Torrance DeLeon is simply THE BEST!
We live in Wakefield Estates and we wanted to hire the best painting company to paint our main house, pool house and children's playhouse. We did extensive research for almost a year; talking to friends, reading reviews, even looking at various houses that different companies referenced.
We narrowed our search to (3) different painting companies. We interviewed each one and received proposals from each.
All (3) were competively priced. Pricing is not why we chose Socaz Painting. How they differentiated themselves is QUALITY, SERVICE and their PEOPLE. We were made promises upfront on what we would expect: a project manager, the same painting crew everyday, cleanup every single day, a hands on owner who visited daily and personally oversaw the whole operation.
