Found Socaz from Google reviews and was attracted to their 5 star rating. They were quick to come out for the estimate with the owner showing up personally to survey the job. Mike was assigned for my job and did all the work himself. As a one man show he was excellent in maintaining a clean work space. Mike was personable, professional and respectful. His craftsmanship was top notch and he did a great job cleaning up not only at the very end but also at the end of every work day. 5 stars, thank you Mike, Jeff and Chris!

I had a large interior painting project that included foyer, family room (both with 20 foot ceilings), dining room, master bath, and three long hallways. I had three estimates and Socaz was reasonably priced as the middle bid. The team, Luis (team lead), Angel, Jayleon and Darius, got things going fast. The team managed the complex project well, dividing up the work so that everyone was deployed efficiently. Work progressed well and it was a pleasure to deal with such a professional and polite team. The project was completed with a minimal punch list and the final walk through was done with Noe, who found a couple of spots I had missed and finished them on the spot. My wife very much appreciated the help of their Color Consultant Thomas. This was a satisfying and pleasant experience on a large project and the rooms look amazing. This is a great group to work with and I will ask for them again on my next project, later this year.
