Torrance & his crew did a great job working on our home!! It was a big project that included painting the entire brick exterior of the home, staining decks, fixing drywall due to a leak & painting our entire downstairs interior. Throughout the project they kept the work areas clean, showed up on time, the staff was pleasant & the end results were wonderful. George also built us beautiful new columns for our front porch, he's an amazing carpenter & surpassed our expectations! Highly recommend them for both exterior painting & interior painting!!

I was very impressed with the painters led by Louis who had great experience with painting techniques and were very neat!
They carefully removed furniture and blinds, and covered all with plastic drop cloths. The goal was to make me happy
and answer any questions or concerns I might have. They made me aware of the
plan for the day and how long each room
would take. They were very punctual and
had lots of energy for the job! They did a
good job of cleaning up and putting back
each piece of furniture in it’s proper place!

Very happy with SoCaz. They did a great job painting our house. Great attention to detail. If they saw something didn't look right, they painted again. Owner was onsite 3-4 times times to check on the progress and quality of the job. Can't recommend them enough!
